Chef's Story

Chef Amar has been part of the Las Vegas Hospitality Industry for over 20 years now. He was
pursuing a traditional career through academia, but an apprenticeship at a 5-star hotel altered the trajectory of his career. Chef Amar became the Food and Beverage Director at the Intercontinental Hotel, leading the hotel to new heights and increased sales.

Las Vegas and Chef Amar are the perfect fit. Chef Amar is known for using a plethora of flavors and his cuisine highlights the diversity of the subcontinent. Chef Amar has worked at the best Hotels in Las Vegas and has been a leading figure in bringing South Asian Americans to the
banquet halls. He has increased those numbers exponentially over the years. His food caters to every audience and is an experience one cannot forget.

Due to the pandemic, the buffets and banquets closed indefinitely, and Chef Amar lost his job, but he isn’t giving up. With the help of his elder brother and community, he is opening a restaurant for everyone in the city. A restaurant that is affordable and authentic. A restaurant with great ingredients, delicious food, and a great price. Chef Amar understands food and community, he knows the power of food, and its ability to bring people together. We hope you join us soon.

Customer Feedback

OMG , I have not had Indian food in such a long time. This place was quite the surprise, one because it is right next to my nail salon ( and I never noticed it) and two, it was fabulous !! I loved it so much I had to call and tell them. Thai move over , this is my new favorite. I ordered the standard, Tikka Masala and Vegetable Samosas. What a surprise ! Delicious.I can’t wait to venture out next time!

Flavors that took me back home! this is such a nice place for a heart warming meal. it truly doesn’t feel like you got the food from a restaurant but rather you had someone close to you make it for you at the comfort of your own home, you can truly feel the love and passion the chef puts in cooking the meals which by the way are very delicious and filling. I am definitely making this my number one spot for home cooked Pakistani/Indian food!
